The building outlines create open spaces that are differentiated in terms of use and space, with different qualities of stay. The planting creates situational privacy or openness and transparency as well as a varied environment.

The differentiated plasticity of the buildings creates a wide range of flat types and sizes with attractive views to the lake, slope and courtyard spaces. The wide range with seasonal rooms, bay windows and generous terraces evokes an exquisite lakeside living experience in the condominium flats.

Continuous load transfer and a simple column-and-slab structure with bracing cores guarantee a sustainable load-bearing structure. The façade clinker continues the industrial history of the site in a nobilised form. The plant troughs on the terraces and the trellised mesh screens create a homely atmosphere and privacy screen.
